CourtDesk answers the questions racket sports clubs get asked forty times a week. Prices, hours, parking, whether you can play without being a member. It forwards anything it can't answer to the club by email.

It is built, deployed and working. It has no customers yet. Both halves of that sentence are the point.

Where it actually is

Product
Complete and in production. Onboarding, assistant, widget, escalation, dashboard and billing are all built and deployed, not mocked.
Revenue
None. There are no paying clubs and no signed commitments. The site is currently collecting interest ahead of opening.
What that means
What's being offered is the build and the position, not a book of customers. The engineering that usually takes months is done; the distribution is not.

What exists today

Onboarding that takes ten minutes
A club answers plain questions about prices, hours, coaching and parking. No spreadsheet, no integration, no training data.
An assistant that only knows what it's told
Answers are grounded in the club's own published facts. It has no access to a calendar and no ability to invent a price. When it doesn't know, it says so and captures the enquiry instead.
Two ways to deploy it
An embeddable widget that's sealed off from the host site's CSS, and a shareable link for a QR code at the desk or a bio link.
Escalation by email
Anything the assistant can't answer is forwarded to the club with the whole conversation attached.
Billing and a dashboard
Stripe subscriptions with a trial, a grace period, and an owner's view of what's being asked and what's going unanswered.
Model-agnostic
Runs on Claude or any OpenAI-compatible provider, swapped with an environment variable, so the cost base isn't tied to one vendor's pricing.

Why racket clubs

Padel is being built faster than the clubs behind it are being staffed. A new venue typically has courts, a booking system and nobody to answer the phone in the evening, which is exactly when people decide where to play.

CourtDesk deliberately doesn't compete with the booking platforms those clubs already pay for. It sits beside Playtomic and MATCHi and hands over to them, which makes it something a club can adopt without replacing anything, and makes those platforms partners rather than incumbents to displace.

What we are open to

An outright sale of the product, codebase and domain; an investment to fund getting it in front of clubs; or a distribution partnership with someone who already sells to them. We would rather hear what you have in mind than propose a structure first.
